Technology is an integral part of everyday life. As a Google Certified Educator, it is imperative to integrate the innovations of modern development into the classroom. Although learning is not necessarily characterized by technology, the relationship between technology and learning outcomes can be described as symbiotic— in that they can help to promote the development of each other. In my classroom, I use tech to promote alternative learning outcomes, digital literacy, and digital citizenship to better equip our students as the future innovators of this rapidly evolving technology.
